About

With my background in sociology and museum studies, combined with my lived experience of being a queer disabled person, I feel as though I am uniquely positioned to engage in equitable evaluation techniques. Decentering whiteness and unpacking my own bias are important to both my professional and personal life, and I believe in life long learning. I love learning the "why" of something and I have always identified myself as a "problem solver".

Mission

It is my mission to cultivate a safe and accessible environment for all members of the community to engage with exhibits and programs through museums. I see museums as community centers, where the objects and curated exhibits are telling accurate and meaningful stories that are relevant to the people who visit.

Vision

I strive to use evaluation as a tool for improving the museum and investing in valuable connections to community members. I will advocate for those who are not represented, and
work to always include and amplify those voices.
